Our farm is USDA Certified Organic. This means we do not use synthetic fertilizers, herbicides, pesticides, or genetically modified organisms (GMOs). We rely on crop rotations, cover crops, and natural soil health practices.

Store in a cool, dry place in an airtight container. For maximum freshness, refrigerate or freeze flours and whole grains.
