Whole grain oats are referred to as oat groats. These oat groats have a protein of 11.9% and Falling Number of 319 Sec. Oats are great in breakfast cereals, cookies, breads, soups and a number of other foods.
These Oats were grown on one of our first year transition to Organic fields, which means it received no chemical pesticides or non-organic fertilizers.
Currently we only have whole grain Oats available but soon will be offering milled products, so stay tuned.
Whole grain Oats can be stored in a dry cool place. Once the Oats are rolled or milled, store extra in the freezer to keep fresh.
